The Utah Manufactured Housing Coalition (UTMHC) is a volunteer-driven organization of experienced leaders, including former mayors, housing advocates, and industry experts, united to address Utah’s housing crisis. We believe that HUD-approved manufactured housing is a scalable, affordable, and sustainable solution to provide high-quality homes for Utah families.

Our mission is to advocate for policy changes, attract a national home manufacturer to establish a factory in Utah, and educate communities about the modern, energy-efficient, and cost-effective homes available today. By building partnerships and reshaping public perception, UTMHC is paving the way for manufactured housing to become a cornerstone of Utah’s housing future."
